Natural Cleaning Ingredients Introduction

These days many of us recognise that some of the traditional methods of cleaning and caring for our homes were somewhat more environmentally friendly than todays speedy but harsh substitutes. Some of the major manufacturers of home care products have joined the revolution - if you want to learn a bit more about natural cleaning then you could do worse than read the ingredients labels on their products.

You will find that the majority of natural cleaners on the market now contain citric acid; many will use Lemon, Orange,(de greasing) tea Tree (anti bacterial) and Citronella (insect repellant) Essential Oils. Look for the give away allergens on product labelling such as "Limonene" - and you can be sure that essential oils are in there somewhere!
